Rome Business School takes in new students twice a year (in March and October); thus, you can apply for our Master programme(s) at any time of the year.

Rome Business School’s students come from more than 150 countries of the world, representing diverse and international perspectives, experiences, backgrounds, and cultures.

The various stages of our admission process are aimed at identifying the candidates’ unique academic, personal and professional profiles that make them stand out, in order to make sure that they are eligible to become Rome Business School’s students!

Our programmes have limited places that are reserved on a first come, first served basis, strictly by order of reservation and enrolment completion. We advise you to start the application and admission process as soon as possible in order to secure a seat in your preferred intake, as the process of having your studies officially recognized and, if necessary, applying for visas can take time.

If you have any queries, do not hesitate to email us at If you would like a personalised explanation of how the application and admission processes work, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Admission Process

Fill out the online application form, which contains detailed step-by-step information and admission requirements. Your application will be reviewed by the Admissions team, referenced during the selection interview and assessed when making the final admission decision.

Your application will not be reviewed by the Admissions team until it has been submitted.

Once you have completed the first step (Online Application), our Admissions team reviews your application along with any supporting documents and determines whether or not you can advance to the final application stage: the selection interview.

At this stage, the Admissions team will contact you if any additional documents are required.

The Admissions team interviews all candidates who have successfully completed the application evaluation process. Personal interviews are held either at the Rome Business School campus in Rome or via Skype or phone.

The selection interview enables us to get to know you better as a prospective student and assess certain qualities that are not immediately apparent from the documentation you have provided in the first stage, such as your motivation, personality, the ability to defend your point of view, the way you express yourself, and other communication skills.

To prepare yourself for the successful interview, feel free to check out the Selection Interview Guide.

Once you have completed all the previous stages (completed the online application form, handed in the documentation, and passed the selection interview), your application, together with a report from your interviewer, is reviewed by the Rome Business School’s Office of Admissions.

The final outcome will be sent to you within two working-days of the selection interview. Candidates will be informed of the Office of Admission’s final decision in writing.

There are of course, two possible outcomes:

  • Acceptance: an Acceptance Letter and Enrolment Instructions will be emailed to you.
  • Rejection: an official rejection notification will be emailed to you.

Acceptance enables you to complete your enrolment to secure your place on the master programme and intake for which you applied.

Please bear in mind that the fact that you have been offered an acceptance at Rome Business School does not necessarily mean that you are guaranteed a place on the programme you have chosen. Places are awarded and reserved on a first come, first served basis, by strict order of payment.

You can secure your place by completing your enrolment, which includes paying at least the First Instalment of your tuition fee.

FOR NON-EU STUDENTS: Completing your enrolment will also enable you to start the process required to obtain a student visa for Italy. As per your Enrollment, we will provide you with visa-supporting documents which are to be used in your student visa application process.
